All our products and services are about change for safety and they have been developed using the well-established Gleicher Change Model. This means that whichever of Lattitude’s services you use, you can be confident they are geared to fit within a professional change programme.

 

The Lattitude Standard

We can also help with the change programme itself. Lattitude’s experts have been through many projects to improve safety within a range of different organisations. So we understand the process and the pitfalls. We can assess the current strengths and weaknesses of your business and design a programme to move it towards a safety culture where the aim is zero injuries. We can periodically review your progress and reassess the safety programme.

Because we base our training and consultancy on the Gleicher Change Model, we call our change programme the Lattitude Standard. In this, we will:

  1. Establish the criteria for change to happen successfully
  2. Assess the existing culture within your organisation
  3. Provide consultancy to senior management and SHE management about implementing change for safety
  4. Recommend training for managers to improve leadership in safety
  5. Recommend training for managers to improve discussion and feedback on safety
  6. Recommend training for other staff to move to an Independent Safety Culture
  7. Assess the effectiveness of the training and review the change programme
  8. Recommend training for other staff to move to an Interdependent Safety Culture
  9. Assess the effectiveness of the training and review the change programme
  10. Recommend measures to ensure continual improvement of safety
