World expert in safety cultures

Martin is the world expert in improving safety cultures. Highly experienced in a wide range of industries, he nonetheless has a very human touch as a speaker. Martin is the founding director of Lattitude Safety, a consultancy and training business he set up in 2004. He had previously been Safety, Health & Environment Manager for ICI ChlorChemicals and a consultant with JOMC.

With an extensive knowledge of the subject, he has worked in almost every industry, including nuclear, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, paper and glass. Working with dozens of blue chip companies throughout his career, Martin has had particular involvement with Pilkington Glass and Coca Cola Enterprises.

Martin motivates people at all levels from boardroom management to shop floor. He offers insights from his own tried and tested behavioural safety programmes and practical tips on improving safety cultures.
